Refund & Cancellation Policy

(Exhiconnect Media Pvt. Ltd. Exhibitions)

1. Exhibitor Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 60 days before the exhibition start date – 50% of the total fee will be refunded.

  • 30–59 days before the exhibition start date – 25% of the total fee will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the exhibition start date – No refund will be provided.

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the Organizer.

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer

  • In case the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemic, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances), the Organizer will:

    • Adjust exhibitor payments to the next available edition of the same exhibition, OR

    • Provide a credit note valid for 12 months for participation in any other exhibition organized by Exhiconnect Media Pvt. Ltd.

  • No direct monetary refund will be made in force majeure cases.

3. MSME Scheme Participants

  • Exhibitors availing MSME subsidies must still make full payment to the Organizer at the time of booking.

  • Reimbursements are processed by MSME authorities as per their guidelines.

  • The Organizer will assist in documentation but is not liable for rejection or delay of MSME claims.

4. Sponsorship Packages

  • Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed, due to advance commitments for branding and promotions.

5. Substitution Policy

  • If an exhibitor is unable to participate, they may request substitution by another company 30 days prior to the exhibition, subject to Organizer’s approval.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 working days after written confirmation of cancellation.

  • All refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the account used for payment.
